Delivery costs and timescales
The standard delivery charge throughout Australia is $30 for the first tool ordered, reducing to FREE delivery if more than one tool is ordered at the same time for delivery to the same address. Orders are sent via a national courier service and can be delivered to a business or private address.
Deliveries usually require a signature.
Please ensure somebody will be available to sign for the order when it is delivered. If an order has to be re-delivered, a charge may apply.
Once your order has been accepted and payment has been processed, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 days for Brisbane metropolitan area, 3 days for major cities interstate and 4 days for regional areas. This is subject to product availability (see note above). Please note if you are paying by bank deposit, cheque or postal order, your order will be dispatched only after payment has been received and cleared.

Returns policy
Your Ezy-Lifter tool will give you many years of service if used as intended following the product guidelines. In the event that the Ezy-Lifter device or rubber jaw cover has any unintentional manufactured fault or defect or has been damaged during the freighting process, Ezy-Lifter Pty Ltd will replace or refund in full (including all related handling and transportation costs). Proof of purchase is required in the form of the original payment receipt.
Please
contact us before returning a product. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent of the damage or defect of the device before forwarding on any refund. We will cover all the associated freight costs by way of refund. To have your postage cost refunded, please include the return postage receipt and a copy of your purchase invoice in the box the Ezy-Lifter tool originally came in. You may need to keep the box open until the Post Office issues you with this receipt prior to sealing it and posting it.
